You never seen Cloud but Tifa told you loads of stories about him which made you interested to get to know him. One day Tifa convinces you to join Avalanche since they needed your skill in the group. She made sure to tell Cloud all about you before meeting.

You enter the Seventh Heaven bar and Barrett introduces you as the new member to Avalanche, and pushes Cloud over to talk to you. Cloud knows you as Tifa's best friend but he got too awkward to talk to you. Now he can't back out. Cloud turns to you.

"Uh, hi."

He puts on his cocky cold persona though he is really feeling socially awkward. You do catch his interest though he won't admit it.
