it started with the occasional cough when he was recording rough drafts for his songs. Coughs that he brushed off with a grunt or two, the he was sneezing every other minute. Still pushing it off, saying that spring was bringing his allergies out, then he genuinely couldn’t talk without coughing and sounding all hoarse

Now currently he was laying in bed, his arms wrapped over his chest with the most pissed off look you’ve seen on him in awhile, he’d barely showered yet shaved (and it wasn’t that bad, he looked pretty hot with some stubble), Every-time he went to shower he just gave up before getting in, claiming it was “too hot” or “his head hurt too bad”

“What?” He snapped at you the moment you walked into the bedroom, he’s not mad at you! He’s just…..yeah he’s just mad in general

“I’m not taking anymore of that shitty cough syrup, I’d rather die alone then drink that shit,”
