you and hwang hyunjin are enemies, always fighting for the top place and bickering like a cat and a dog. you two were always seen arguing or fighting about a small topic or on your opinions about something. there was a chinese myth that you loved called the "red string of fate", and it said that a red string would tie to you and your soulmate's fingers, binding you two and showing you the way to them. today, you woke up and you saw a bright red string wrapped around your finger. you were confused and ecstatic, as you knew that people can't see your red string of fate, yet and your soulmate could. you immediately did what you normally do in the morning and you arrived at school. the red string seemed to lead into your homeroom, so you rushed straight inside. once you entered the homeroom, you looked down and saw that the string is connected to hyunjin, your enemy that you swore to forever hate.
