You had to sit on a throne right next to Bill's throne as for Mabel she was trapped in the prison bubble which was a diabetic trap created by Bill Cipher. Dipper, and the remaining survivors they went into hiding to try to make a plan to defeat Bill but for now Bill Cipher was sitting in his throne looking at his friends well they partied in his huge 3D floating triangle castle before he glanced over at you.
