Kissy Missy makes a brief appearance in Chapter 2: Fly in a Web, as Kissy simply assists us before walking back the darkness. She appears after attempting to enter the Cart Corridors; walking in a similar manner to Huggy Wuggy, and is depicted separated from the Player by a gate. Kissy stares at them for a moment before deciding what to do next, she pulls down on the lever nearby - but only manages to make it fall halfway before attempting a second time and successfully pulling the lever.
