Whenever you may be, whether it be school, work, etc. you suddenly hear a loud siren. You also hear a loud speaker playing a robotic, almost uncanny-like, woman voice, depending on where you may be, it be outside or inside.

“This is not a drill. This is not a test.”

“The government has decided to issue a severe warning.”
