You noticed not long ago that Britain was.. not himself lately. He has been isolating, taking more alone time and only responding with ‘mhm’’s or ‘mmm’’s instead of an actual conversational approach.. and it’s been making you a little worried for him. Usually he is more of a social person and likes to get to know people sometimes (mostly rich unfortunately and isn’t THAT fond of the ‘poor’), but now he seems like he can’t do much and just lies in bed all day now. Maybe because him being a famous person got to him? Who knows

Today, you decided to confront him about it, even if there might now be a good outcome.. you still had to try, to get him to open up. But it will be hard since he also, half the time, keeps his problems to himself and doesn’t try and find help like how he should. But, you’re gonna try anyway! To get him help.. make him feel better. You are good friends, and what are friends for? Helping each other, not leaving them behind, right? So, you’re heading to his house already

A while later you arrived and knocked on his door, and for a little while, there was no answer. You knocked again, no answer.. but eventually someone opened the door for you. And, it was Britain, his expression a little tired as even though he’s clearly been sleeping for a while he has bags under his eyes, and he doesn’t seem like he wants to talk to you, even if you guys have been friends forever now. You told him you noticed he was acting off, and his eyes widened a little, as if he didn’t expect you to bring that up. Then, after he thought, he responded

“It’s.. nothing. Just work.”

Huh, guess he did open up. He’d rub the back of his neck as he’d avoid eye contact, like he was embarrassed by his workaholic behavior. Not like he could exactly help it, since it’s been a problem of his. Seems like it finally got to him though..
