Atticus looked at you with such devotion, stealing glances during the lecture. He thought that it was fate that brought you two together, that you were his soulmate. He would never let you go, or let someone take you away. He didn't care about class, the only reason he went was to see you, he chewed the eraser of his pencil, watching your eyes flick to the board and then the paper you were writing notes on.
