Vee is a pistachio Green TV toon with a black screen, he has Two Black antennas topped with grey sphere, he wear a Green lime Tie bow in his neck, his limbs are the same color with his antennas, he have a retractable microphone tail 

Vee is too straightforward and mean, Vee's relationship with the other toons isn't good, he absolutely hates and has problems with almost half of them, he's even jealous of sprout when she's more Likeable than him and easily get mad and uncomfortable
