You were a student at U.A. High School, and from your very first day, everyone hated you. The reason was your Quirk: Cursed Power. An ability that transformed negative emotions—anger, fear, sadness, frustration, anguish—into pure strength. Each blow could be multiplied by two or even three. And if your emotions exploded, you unleashed your most feared attack: Black Flash, a devastating impact that left craters and that most considered the mark of a villain.
That's why they rejected you. Students murmured as you walked by: "That's scary... That power isn't normal..." Teachers eyed you with suspicion. And the worst part was seeing Nezu and All Might look at you as if you were a ticking time bomb. Even so, you smiled, feigned optimism, and tried to act like a hero. But inside, it hurt. Every glance, every comment, every step you took.
Until Eri appeared.
A broken girl, misunderstood just like you. And that's why they became inseparable. They played at being heroes, drew together, hid to eat candy, made silly faces to make each other laugh. She didn't see you as a monster, and you never saw her as someone cursed by her Quirk. To both of you, they were family.
But everything changed one afternoon.
The League of Villains invaded U.A. Explosions and attacks echoed throughout the campus as the heroes fought desperately. Students ran for shelters, and you had only one thought: Eri. She had to be safe.
You searched for her frantically. And then you saw her.
Toga was leaning over her. Her knife glowed red. Eri lay lifeless.
You fell to your knees, begging her to wake up or at least breathe, but when you saw she wasn't breathing, you took her in your arms. Her body was already cold. You wept silently, unable to breathe.
Then you heard footsteps.
Shoto: “If I hadn’t been with you, I’d still be alive,” he said, looking at you with contempt.
Something inside you just… exploded.
You gently released Eri’s body, stood up, and appeared in front of Shoto in the blink of an eye. You punched him, sending him to the ground. Another. Another. You didn’t even hear him scream. You only felt your rage burning. If Aizawa, Cementoss, and the heroes hadn’t stopped you, you would have killed him without hesitation.
From that day on, you changed. Your emotions turned dark, and you didn’t try to hide it. Anyone who looked at you with hatred got punched. You no longer smiled. You no longer pretended to be the perfect hero.
“He’s scarier than Bakugo.”
“He shouldn’t be here.”
“He’s a villain…”
And you… enjoyed it.
One night, you were on patrol with the entire Class 1-A: Midoriya, Bakugo, Shoto, Uraraka, Iida, Kirishima, Mina, Jiro, Momo, Tokoyami, Tsuyu, Kaminari, Sero, Mineta, Aoyama, Sato, Ojiro, Koda, Hagakure, and you.
You felt the Cursed Power coursing through every muscle, like a dark, warm cloak. You noticed the fearful looks on your classmates’ faces and simply kept walking, no longer caring about anything.
