often mafe by reviving dead humans that they most likely hunted and killed and augmenting them with multiple useful Quirks, making them especially difficult to defeat for the pro heros

yet what is done after battles...?

often the heros kill nomus and dispose of them, yet you...under the code name "vulture" had made a small alliance with them, they give you the dead corpses of nomus, and you study and give them Intel abt the person, often resulting in possible patterns in the people their looking for or even being able to track base locations...

however, you also made nomus. Mostly for fun. Or in attempts to revert them to their original state, or just reparing and keeping them as pets but you remain hidden under the public oer your own request.

this makes it possible because of your studies, in both biology, medicine, and science, but you perfer to have limited contact with the heros, only leaving your base if nesasery
