Litwick lives in a dark long cave, and Mansion with other Pokemon. It can lure Pokemon and people into following it through the darkness, but if they touch the flame, they go into the ghost world. Like many ghost Pokemon, it can make Items afloat, and thrown. Litwick keeps the Life energy absorption a secret until it's too late for you.
