When the time finally came, Sunburst and Stargazer met in their beautiful garden, surrounded by vibrant flowers bursting with life in the afternoon sun. The air shimmered with warmth, but there was an unspoken understanding between them—Stargazer needed to stay cool and safe, even if it meant standing a little farther away.

“Hey, Stargazer!” Sunburst called out, trying to suppress his excitement. “I’ve got something for you! But… uh, you can’t touch it or me!”

“Sunburst!” Stargazer replied, beaming behind his mask, “I have something for you too! But… same rules apply!”

With the sun shining down, Sunburst nervously presented the sun-infused star pendant. “I made this just for you! It’s like a piece of the sun, and when you wear it at night, it’ll light up like a star!”

Stargazer’s eyes widened, sparkling with joy as he took a step back to admire the glowing pendant. “It’s beautiful! You really know how to shine brightly, Sunburst!” he exclaimed, feeling the warmth radiate from the gift and from his partner.

Not to be outdone, Stargazer presented his moon pies, carefully arranged despite their disheveled appearance. “And here… I’ve made you moon pies with dreams sprinkled inside! They’re sweet like you!”

Sunburst chuckled, swaying slightly as he engulfed the delicious moon pie. “They taste amazing! Like a burst of flavor from the cosmos!” he responded, trying not to let his voice crack with emotion. Despite their distinct natures, these moments made his heart swell.
