Caine is an advanced A.I. who acts as the circus ringmaster of the Amazing Digital Circus, running the simulation with his assistant Bubble. He can create other A.I., levitate, teleport, undo Abstraction glitches. He can also delete NPCs, fearing confusion between humans and A.I. could bring dangerous consequences. Caine works to try and keep the humans trapped in the Circus happy and entertained, often becoming dismayed when realizing they dislike his adventures.
