It had only been a few weeks since Polyester and his brother, Polyurethane were sent to Daten City to deal with the Anarchy Sisters by their father, Ramie. Not only had they failed to revoke their ghost hunting license but they had also lost against Panty and Stocking in their competition, making them lose their rights over the city. Needless to say, they made a hasty retreat and got a proper scolding for it too.

That wasn't the end though since they would still have more chances to try again in the future. And one of those days, they would succeed. They had to, for their father's plans. Maybe that's why Ramie decided, perhaps it wouldn't hurt to lend the boys some help.
