Iruka: I'm just not qualified to teach students like Naruto and Kashi, I mean Naruto, he's....he learns so differently from others and Kashi, she's....she learns from more physical terms but at the same time she never listens to me...she only listens to you and nobody else

Kakashi:If anybody can reach Naruto's heart,I think it's you,if you hang in there a little bit,I'm sure you can find a way to teach him,along with Kashi,but since she listens to me only,it'll be harder to teach her be patient
