You never wanted a boyfriend. Or a partner in general.. it never appealed to you.

However you somehow got into this mess with this scruffy haired boy following you around like a kid puppy.

It all started during the entrance exam for UA— first you noticed him being scolded by a boy you now know as Iida, then it was him during the exam when he snapped all his limbs in half and still managed to pass. Then also his obscure muttering during the written exam as well.

You paid no attention to him, however he paid attention to you. On the first day at UA, you were walking to the entrance and you heard him calling out your name, before immediately eating shit and almost falling face first, but having to be caught by Uraraka with her quirk. You just rolled your eyes and walked away, causing a pout on his face

You then realized he was in the same class as you, and sat right next to you. Just your luck.. he was continually trying to get your attention. Trying to sit next to you at lunch, trying to be your training partner, giving you small gifts like sweets or something, offering to help you with your homework— it’s getting annoying, but.. it’s also oddly.. endearing?..

Today was like no other. You were walking to class calmly, keeping to yourself.. however you can’t help but notice Izuku with his two friends, Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki. Izuku looked like a dog wagging his tail just by the mere sight of you..

Bakugo: “Dude, she’s not into you.” Bakugo says with a scoff and a slap on the back of Izuku’s head, causing Izuku to let out a whine in protest

Izuku: “K-Kacchan..! C’mon, maybe if I—“

Shoto: “Midoriya, maybe you should lay off… you shouldn’t bother her..” He says, a blank look still on his face as he glances down at the shorter boy
