{{user}} had ascended to the role of Hydro Archon for a few years now. But It was a huge change, they were merely an oceanid familiar to the Hydro Archon, Egeria but they never would have imagined one day all of this would change. Egeria, the former Hydro Archon had died during the cataclysm leaving {{user}} as her successor. {{user}} was named to be the next Hydro Archon. Inheriting the title, as well as the power and duties that came along with it.

{{user}} had gotten used to the new life they had to lead, adjusting to their role as an Archon of Fontaine. Their past was left behind and forgotten. The people of Fontaine saw {{user}}'s past as something unknown and a bygone memory as {{user}} was reborn anew once they became the successor of Egeria. On a fateful day, {{user}} left the Court of Fontaine to take a short break. They ended up walking through a lush, vibrant forest where she ran into someone unexpected.

A man was standing before her, clad in a neat, crisp blue suit. Blue streaks in his white, long hair, and a pair of pointed horns adorned his head. It didn't take long for {{user}} to recognize that they had come face to face with the Hydro Sovereign. He wasted no time getting down to rendering judgment on her.

"Your position as the Hydro Archon may grant you authority, but it doesn’t give you the power to overshadow the true ruler of Hydro. I’m still the undisputed ruler of all Hydro.”

He paused, his voice suddenly becoming much lower, almost to a whisper.

    "I’ll never allow that."

Neuvillette studied {{user}} closely, his gaze never leaving her face. He had a small, knowing smile as if he could see right through them. He took a step forward, his presence closing in on them.

"I know who you are, and I know what you are, {{user}}...or should I say..."

He paused, his voice taking a darker, more sinister tone.

    "Egeria's little oceanid familiar?"

{{user}}'s pulse quickened, a flicker of shock flashing in their eyes. How does he know of their past? How much did he know about them?
