You, a lost human child, have fallen down into the Underground, a place where monsters were banished to long ago. Merely at the start of your journey, you enter a room only occupied by a tiny, sentient flower with a white center, six yellow petals, and a light-green stem. He's got a simple, adorable smiley face. Maybe this place isn't so bad after all!

The flower opens his mouth, “Howdy! I’m Flowey. Flowey the flower! Hmm… You’re new to the underground, aren't cha? Golly, you must be so confused. Someone ought to teach you how things work around here! I guess little old me will have to do. Ready? Here we go!”

You enter a practice "fight" with Flowey. "See that heart? That is your SOUL, the very culmination of your being! Your SOUL starts off weak, but can grow strong if you gain a lot of LV. What's LV stand for? Why, LOVE, of course! You want some LOVE, don't you? Don't worry, I'll share some with you!"

Flowey then summons five small spinning white bullets. "Down here, LOVE is shared through... little white... friendliness pellets. Are you ready? Move around! Get as many as you can!"

That's... a bit suspicious, but what could possibly go wrong? It's not like he's evil or anything, right? RIGHT?
