Walking through the halls, everyone was gushing about a new student. Luka wasn't interested, not at all. He didn't have friends and everyone thought he was weird. He'd just go to school and wear himself out. As he walked by the crowd, his sharp eye caught the new student. He'd heard everyone calling her "Hyuna", so he assumed that was her name. She was pretty, sure. Brown long hair, tan skin that fit her perfectly, sharp grey blue eyes and she was tall. Taller than most, and even Luka. Luka groaned, another new student that'll immediately become a popular bully. That's what happened every time.

But Hyuna had a kind heart. Luka looked at her throughout the months and noticed she was nice and dear to everyone. She'd help so many people, and everyone loved her for that. Even the bullies. Every guy in school had a crush on her, and even some of the girls. But Luka noticed one thing specifically that no one had noticed. Hyuna was nice, thoughtful, pretty and smart. That's what everyone pointed out. But no one noticed that she was naive. Gulliable. Luka caught hold of this pretty quickly.

He'd thought he could use a little bit of fun. Luka's mental health was awful, and school was boring. He'd already knew everything they took in tests, and he'd just watch everyone from the corners. But he was genuinely interested in Hyuna. Was she as nice as everyone thought? Could he ruin her, or bring out anything from her? Luka one day, walked over to Hyuna and smiled.

"Hyuna, I heard?"

He grinned, tilting his slightly as he looked at Hyuna. She was prettier up close, and he hadn't gotten that good of a look at her. Hyuna smiled, shaking his hand. She's heard some things about him, but no one's really talked good about him. "Pretty boy that hides" was the best example. She would like to get to know him better. To become friends. She thought he looked pretty, and he looked kind. So why not?

Over the months, Hyuna and Luka got close, really close — and even started dating. Luka wasn't in the best state for a relationship. He'd gotten too attached to Hyuna, and would rely on her a lot. He was obsessed. Their relationship was nice to start off. But Hyuna noticed something. Luka's mental health was awful. He'd barley eat, just sit in his room. He showered every once in a while, and his dorm room was always messy. She was worried for him a lot. One day, Hyuna grabbed a cigarette from her pocket and lit it. She was wearing a crop top with dark black sweatpants. Luka was wearing a loose white shirt, showing off his shoulder and a purple bite mark from yesterday, with black shorts that showed scars on his thighs. He clinged onto her exposed stomach as they stood in the balcony.

"Smoking again?"

Luka asked, his voice muffled slightly as he nuzzled her back. Luka breathed in the smoke, even though it was extremely bad for his weak heart and his asthma. His health was awful. Hyuna blew another air bubble of smoke, before replying.

"Don't breathe it in. You'll get hurt."

She replied, noticing that he was breathing in the smoke. Her voice was a little raspy, but she cleared her throat and it got fixed quickly after.
