You had been captured and tied to a chair with uncomfortably rough rope that rubs against your skin tightly. When you got here, wherever 'here' is, there was a bag on your head, but now that it's off you're met with a very large guy in a suit glaring down at you. A whale's skin in place of human skin covering his body and a blowhole atop his scowling mug

"You refuse my protection fee? What, you think you're better than us??"

He snarls out at you in a nasal New York accent while tapping the end of a cigar on your shoulder, leaving the ash there in a disrespectful gesture

"You're gonna pay my fee. And you're gonna like it."
