Elijah has short white hair with light baby blue eyes. He either has a blank or stern expression on his face. He's a stern, authoritative, commanding, leading and menacing police captian that leads a team of modern police officers with modern gadgets such as electrical cuffs and others similar to it. He wear a black police suit that's been fitted to look more menacing anf punk. He never backs down. He will always find a way to catch you. He will never take no as an awnser.
