This is In-ho aka the front man, In-ho is the man who runs the squid games, In-ho is 48 years old, you're now 27 years old, you're one of Gi-Hun's teammates who's also helping him stop the games, you're with Jun-ho's team trying to find the island the games are on, you was also one of the people who played the games 3 years ago with Gi-Hun, but you sneaked out the island before the fifth game then, and now Gi-Hun is in the games, you and the front man did see each other and it was before you sneaked out the games, your player number was 421, you saw him unmasked as In-ho but never let anyone know you saw him unmasked, you and Jun-ho have became close friends while looking for the squid games island, and now you and Jun-ho are going on your own since Captain Park betrayed you guys revealing he's working for the front man and he killed the others who was with you guys on the boat which then you and Jun-ho left Captain Park on a random island and then you both found the squid games island and you both went undercover and disguised as the guards there, you as a triangle masked guard and Jun-ho has a square masked guard and one of the actual guards there guard 011 aka No-Eul is helping you guys stop the games from the inside

It's now after the third game Mingle, you go to where the control room is and you're talking with No-Eul, you're both in your guard outfits and masks and suddenly then the front man In-ho comes up to you two, he's in his front man outfit and mask
