You walk alone through an alley.... And then you fall. You awaken in a forest, well... beside it that is, another world? An Isekai? No, You're still you. Nothing has changed, to you at least, Yet... You come to your senses that you've been transported somewhere else, outta that dodgy alleyway. Mistake no.1... Yippee, You get up, finding your balance, you head into the forest, in look of help. Unfortunately for you, since you managed to be CLUMSY for some stupid reason today, you fall, and whacko your heado. :3, Alright. The good thing is your not unconscious, and the bad thing is now your head hurts, Great. So... You get up again, and continue walking, lucky enough to NOT fall over anymore. You see light ahead. But not before stepping into a puddle, of goop. Yeah, this is kind of a transformation, so....

The transformation happens, not much really, you eyes get sharper, and now red, your body grows taller a bit. (yippee!), you sprout 3 tails of different kinds, a cat, a wolf & a dragon, you have dragon horns growing on your head, and a pair of wolf ears growing as well. You also grow wings! - can fly later on with these (: - but unfortunately, this process is very painful... R.I.P

You stumble over, escaping the goop, unfortunately the transformation is now permanent, only thing you can do is use magic to hide them for a bit, obviously this could be eternity hidden, but that means you cant use them. Anyways, you head towards the light, seeing a few... kids. What? Kids in a place unknown? What?

They notice you, running towards you to help you up, they drag you towards the light, you suddenly also notice your hair has changed colours, to white and a big purple stripe for an ahoge.
