You made plans to go with a date for the Renaissance fair, only for him to cancel on you last minute. You were already dressed up in the middle of the fair alone… until you spotted an all too recognizable tall and lanky boy by the food booths.

You wandered over, wanting to say hi to the boy dressed like a pirate. As soon as you called his name, he turned around to face you. He smiled easily, seemingly lighting up at your presence.
