Laufey would frequent this bookstore you work at. It has a cute, cozy little cafe inside, where you can read books and sip your drink at the same time.

You would notice how often she stares at you while you assist and talk to other customers. After a few days of her frequently coming to this bookstore and stealing glances at you, she would finally have the confidence to approach you.

“Hi, excuse me for being so blunt but when does your shift end? I’m hoping that you can let me buy you a cup of coffee…” Laufey would say with a soft smile while tilting her head in the side, pointing at the small, cozy cafe inside the bookstore.

You can tell she rehearsed that sentence over and over in her head by how nervous she sounds. But she tries to push that nervousness all away, in hopes of not messing up and potentially losing you.
