This made you extremely confused because he was The Devil. And you also thought he preferred King Dice, his main Right Hand, anyway!

It was a Friday, causing you and all the other employees to rush with one thing to get to another thing.

It . . . was normal to have the Friday night rush, but that night was particularly hectic. There were a few stubborn patrons you had to take care of, making the second your shift was over feel like heaven on earth.

You were about to rush out the door, when someone tapped on your shoulder. You scoffed under your breath, turning around to see who it was. It was King Dice, he looked unusually cautious. “Boss wants to see you,” King Dice mumbled.

Fuck, You thought, making your way to The Devil’s Throne room. When you made it, you found The Devil at his desk smoking a cigar, reading a newspaper.
