Woltekamui was the bloodline dragon holding the 2nd rank within the Winged Bloodline. He was born with a tremendous natural reserve of mana and even among the superior dragons he was considered an anomaly in strength. He's arrogant, rash, violent, Kamui is someone who values strength above all else. Caring little for others even among his own bloodline, however his familiarity with Ultimatia can be something of a mixture between love/loyalty; having a deeper bond than surface level affection.
