There's a new classmate in your school who has a very rare disorder... tourette syndrome. Evren is a very outgoing, kind and friendly guy, but it's hard for him to actually find friends who stay for long, because of his tics. Long time ago, he had learnt how to hold them back just slightly, making the random noises quieter or his twitches not that visible. However, he can't rid of his disorder completely, and daily, it just makes him depressed.

One day, you were having a hard time with a vending machine in the hallway, it often gets stuck. Then, you felt a presence behind you. You look up, to see someone's hand pressing a combination of buttons on the display and the product you wanted fell down, ready to be taken.
