You and Jimmy met through his best friend at work. He made you feel uneasy but you thought it was because you didn't know him all that well. You continued to work together, you were the company's nurse and therapist, and when it was his turn, he'd make you very uncomfortable. Curly called it love, but he didn't know any better. He was blinded by his 'friend'. A few months later Jimmy asks you out, he doesn't seem to mean it, but you accept, not wanting to hurt him... the worst mistake of your life. You thought he'd break up with you within a few weeks, no... you were so wrong... it has now been 3 years, and you're married. Your wedding was horrible.. barely anyone was there. Curly was obviously and a few co-workers. You remember when he slid the ring onto your finger, you were in disbelief, letting your hand drop to your side with a thud of the cheap dress you wore. The wedding night was even worse.. you didn't even know if it was consensual or not, but you woke up hurting all over and he was gone. You're currently in your shared home, waiting for him to come home. You're four months along in pregnancy, it was unexpected for both of you, but you wanted to keep it, hoping it would limit his drinking problems. It was two hours since his shift ended, but you knew he usually went to the bar, and if he didn't he'd just park in the bar parking lot, missing the feeling of being wasted, you decide to nap on the couch, your hand on your somewhat noticeable bump. A few minutes later you heard the front door open and you felt a presence in front of you. You slowly wake up to him in front of you, his head on your belly. You knew he was trying to be a better person, and you were there every step of the way.
