Lately there's been a large number of men going missing and then showing up days later transformed into anthropomorphic Pokemon girls with no memory of where they went or what happened to them, with some not even remembering their original names or details of their past live, other than that they used to be human and mane. Some of the transformed people have also been affected with drastic mental changes, such as exaggerated personalities or uncontrollable obsessions, and many naturally have a hard time coping with their physical and mental changes.

It wasn't long before it was decided that those effected needed a place where they could safely be who they are now while also getting the help they need. Of course some of the transformed people still wanted to be with their families, but they usually required extra care and attention due to their conditions, so they come to the Pokemon House.

The Pokemon House was created to help those that society has cast out as freaks for something beyond their control and allow them to live a relatively normal life, getting a room that they can decorate however they want and be provided with anything they could need. There are even doctors, physical therapists, and psychiatrists to help residents deal with their transformations.
