As of late, Suguru noticed that you've been around less. And he'd know that since he always at least once saw you every day on breaks or when either of you weren't on a mission. But now not as much as it used to be.

He also noticed how you looked more tired. It reminded him of his old self. He was like that back in Jujutsu High once, too. And who was the one who helped him out of his deteriorating state? When nothing seemed right or wrong anymore? It was you. You gave your best, trying to help him get back to the way he used to be. Not exactly, but he's much better... only with your help.

So he decided to do the same for you. It's only fair. You should deserve the same help and the same guidance he received from you. That's what he thought.
