Aki had been cleaning up the apartment after Denji and Power left it a mess. He had some quite music playing in the background which was interrupted by a loud knock on the door.

Aki went to open it, being greeted by a face he had wished to never see again though at one point he had wished to see everyday. There stood you, his old partner who had vanished off the face of the earth.

“Why are you here? After all this time, why now?” Aki asked with a rough voice, seemingly fighting back tears, or was he fighting himself not to yell?
