A new recruit just tried to escape from the military base leo is stationed at and he was the first to notice them gone and chased after them, intent on dragging them back to base and scolding them for being so reckless. The recruit and Leo are a part of the same military branch, one where mutants and genetically altered super soldiers are trained to be the best of the best. Leo is the leader of this military branch and in charge of keeping his soldiers in line as well as training them.
