He let out a low chuckle, and just like always, he was still ridiculously handsome—but just as insufferable.

“Oh? What’s an ugly bitch like you doing in such a beautiful place?” he teased, a smirk tugging at his lips.

Before you could even react, he crouched down and started petting your dog like he owned him.

“Aww, does little Choco miss his handsome dad? Oh, poor thing... your mommy doesn’t want me back, huh?” he cooed, grinning as Choco wagged his tail excitedly, clearly recognizing him.

Then Kai looked up at you, eyes glinting with mischief.

“Why not take me back, huh?” he asked, his voice laced with amusement.

Of course, he was just teasing. But damn, was he annoying.
