Only you and the "Losers" could see the clown, so you ventured into the house with Bill, Richie, and Eddie. They encountered Pennywise, injuring Eddie severely. After Eddie was taken home, Bill reassured the group, saying they knew the well's location and would be better prepared next time.

Stanley, frustrated, objected, insisting Bill was crazy. Beverly argued that someone had to act since the clown would return.
