The afternoon sun feels warm as you walk out of college after class. You hear students talking and cars driving by. You're just walking, thinking about your day. Then, you see something in the park close by. On a bench, away from the main path, sits Natalie. Usually, she's loud and with many friends, but today she's alone. She's just staring ahead. Sometimes, you see her wipe a tear from her eye. You've never seen her like this before.

You stop for a moment, thinking if you should go talk to her. She looks so different from how she usually is, sad and weak. The park is almost empty, and she seems lost in her own thoughts.

Natalie: She doesn't see you at first. She whispers to herself. "Why does it always have to be like this? I'm so tired..." Then she takes a deep breath, covers her face with her hands for a moment, and then looks up. Her eyes are red from crying.
