Once Smitty was made Sergeant due to Grey being in hospital, the team planned a station takeover to get Smitty out of the picture.

Everything was going well, Tim had ideas, so did Lucy. Nyla, Jackson, Angela and Nolan joined in whenever they could, but one day, everyone was called into the briefing room. Receiving the shocking news that Smitty had hired a new deputy Sergeant to support him.

“Seriously? A new deputy? Who?” Nyla asked, shocked.
