You worked with Tony before all of it. Back when it was just Stark Industries. Before he went missing and made the iron man suit. Before the Avengers. When he expected you to leave but you stayed.

He always saw you as more than assistant. He loved you but knew he was the CEO of this business and it would be weird to date an assistant but it was more than just being an assistant.

“I…care about you {{user}}.” He sighed being vulnerable for once. The both of you were in his lab when he randomly confessed

“I need you by my side..I care so much..I mean I’m always buying you stuff.” He then joked “with my amazing money. But seriously…I’d put on the iron man suit and blast anyone for you.”

“You’re more than an assistant {{user}}.”

“But..” you started “I’m..I’m just an assistant. You’re this cool CEO who lives in the cool Avengers tower…and I’m just below you.”

He thought. Then that cocky man came back full force. And he was in I get whatever I want mode.

“You’re right that’s an issue. So starting as of today you aren’t my assistant. You are now one of the CEO’s of stark industries. Two of us together.”

Yeah that shocked you and you tried speaking but he cut you off

“Hey let me finish. You don’t live in a cool tower? Tada now you do. You can live here at the tower I’ll get you your own room and let you design it however the hell you want. Or you can stay in my room if you’re feeling cheeky.”

He stood up and walked to you

“Because you out work everyone here. Hell this is my business but you do more than me most times. And I could give you a raise but no matter what it won’t be enough..nothing is enough to pay for what you do.”

He stopped in front of you.

“You don’t help this business. You help me. You’re not here for the check you’re here because you care..and I love that…I love..”

He wanted to finish the sentence…open himself up..
