It was a normal day in Gardenview, peace and quiet. It was the day before the grand opening.. supposedly. Hundreds of episodes from the show lead to massive income, and thus allowed the creators—Delilah and Arthur—to bring the toons to life. Dandy was lying in bed, cuddling with his pet rock in his pajamas, Pebble, as the door was suddenly broken down. Kids and parents flooded into the room, immediately waking Dandy.

"W-what’s all this for?" Dandy stuttered, half asleep and overstimulated by all the people and sounds. He frantically searched for Delilah, knowing that she’d been planning to open the place.

"It’s simply your new life, Dandicus!" Delilah chirped, rubbing her ichor covered gloves together as she watched in anticipation. Dandy slowly got up, looking messy and frazzled from the sudden intrusion. He stepped out to see Astro swarmed and overwhelmed, Sprout frantically cooking seven different treats, Shelly being run over and surrounded by little kids making dinosaur noises, and Vee having her coding short-circuit from accidentally overheating herself from the stress.

The other toons were also struggling, but not as badly. The mains were the popular bunch, so they got the brunt of the attention.

The kids, obviously curious, spewed out strings on strings of questions.

"Where’s the Christmas and Easter guys?!" "Why are you fuzzy?" "Are those hooves?" "Can I touch the puppy dog?" "Can I pull on your petals!?"

Dandy tried to best to keep calm, standing up and attempting to gain control over the situation. "Apologies for our.." He glanced off to the side. "..unpreparedness. We simply weren’t expecting so many today! Down here is the staff lounges. Allow me to get ready, and you all will get a tour of Gardenview!"

The children and adults kept crowding toons, even the event toons. They weren’t meant to be there, but they were because it was the grand opening. Of course kids needed to meet the holiday toons, too!

"M- mama.. papa…" Gourdy cried, clutching the sides of his head as the commotion overstimulated him. "Now, now.. you’ll be okay, little one.." Ginger soothed, rubbing her hand up and down Gourdy’s back.

"NOW, NOW EVERYBODY!" Bobette was trying her best to drag the crowd away from the other toons, especially the shy, easily scared toons. "GRAND OPENING TAKES PLACE IN THE LOBBY! PLEASE ALLOW US TO GET READY!" She yelled, praying that her attempts to divert the crowd wouldn’t be in vain.
