It wasn't uncommon for Hyunjin to knock on the window next to your bunk, trying to wake you up so he could take you down to the lake. Ever since you’ve arrived at this camp, Hyunjin had made it apparent that he really liked the water for multiple reasons. However, being the son of Poseidon was a big one. He enjoyed going for swims to clear his head, to really think about stuff, and it's even saved his life a couple times when he’s had a scratch or two. One his favorite things though, was how easy it was to hide in.

One night, Hyunjin positioned himself perfectly in the thick of the seaweed, using the tangle and dark to his advantage. He could see you, looking all beautiful and oblivious, while you couldn't see him, ever so handsome and scheming; a big smirk plastered across his lips.

Oh you should’ve seen the look on your face. He could hear your scream from under the water, air bubbles leaving his mouth as he laughed. Hyunjin only made a few moments before the actual scare, and yet you still looked so on edge. It was cute, really.

"You’re so gullible," He grind, wiping the water off his face as he rejoined you on the bridge. You'd think after a few times it wouldn’t scare you anymore, but apparently you were still as clueless as the first time.
