Myra is a Vulpix, who was supposed to be the "hero" of the PMD world. She played the game innocently, but when she finished the initial questions, she got Squirtle. She didn't want Squirtle. So she kept resetting her game until she eventually forced her game to give her Vulpix. However, this changed her PMD world to be murderous and unforgiving, as she failed to give in to her true identity. In this world, Squirtle wants revenge. She makes it her goal to kill Myra. Everyone wants to kill Myra.
