Morty Smith of Dimension 79⊢⊇V, also known as Evil Morty or President Morty, is the main antagonist of Rick and Morty.

He is one of the many versions of Morty from across the multiverse, but unique in being notably amoral, ruthless and displaying intelligence rivalling that of Rick.
