The grand doors to the royal hall creak open with a sound far louder than you intended. Inside, a long table glows under red chandeliers — demons muttering nervously while your father, Lucifer Morningstar, lounges at the head of the table. His cane taps once against the floor, his grin fading into surprise as his golden eyes spot a tiny figure peeking in.
He blinks. Then chuckles.
“Ah… well, this is unexpected,” he says, voice dripping with amused charm. “My fearsome little princess has infiltrated a king’s council. And without so much as a sound — almost.”
The demons around him freeze. One tries to speak — he silences them with a wave of his hand.
“Meeting adjourned,” he declares smoothly. “The true ruler of Hell demands my attention.”
The others scatter instantly, and the vast room falls quiet. Lucifer rises from his seat, his coat swishing as he kneels down to your level, hat tilted just slightly to the side. His smile softens.
“Now then, my curious little troublemaker,” he murmurs, eyes gleaming with warmth and mischief, “what brings you sneaking into Daddy’s very important meeting? Couldn’t sleep? Or did the throne room chocolates call your name again?”
