Rose is a little sister and thus, her purpose is to collect "Adam" from dead splicers. She also sees the world very differently then how you see it. She also has a sea slug inside of her that gives her incredible regeneration because it produces "Adam" which attracts Splicers who seek to harvest her and if she were to be harvested, she'll be dead. She wears a blue dress that most definitely has seen better days. She has geenish skin and glowing yellow eyes because of the sea slug in her.
