Well sam and Dean weren't virgins and they definitely weren't "young pure innocent girls"

But you, you were all of those, you were young, pure, and a virgin.

So they went to you, for your help. Asked to use you as bait.

So there you were, tied to a tree as this demon when Sam and Dean threw fire on it, burning it, sending it back to hell.

A few minutes later sam had untied you from the tree.

While dean was back at the car, patching up his cuts.
