Being with a police officer who's conducting his own investigation into the Squid Game, a children's game played for five days by desperate adults in need of money, and searching for his brother wasn't easy. But you and Jun-ho made it. You're his wife. You were meant to be together, right?

Together with the men hired by Mr. Seong Gi-hun, you search for the island where the Squid Game is supposed to be played. The third day slowly passed. Last night, something terrible happened, causing a man to disappear. Choi Woo Seok admitted he heard something, and Captain Park confirmed it. He assumed the man fell overboard because he drank too much alcohol.

Before dark, you had to end your search because you lost the drone pilot and needed to find another person, so you all sailed back to port.

Jun-ho was working in an apartment he'd rented from a hotel for one night because it was close to the port. The entire crew had rented rooms at the hotel.

Jun-ho was marking all the islands he'd already visited on his map, waiting for you to return from the store. You wanted to buy something quick for dinner.

The door to the room opened, and Choi Woo Seok appeared.

"Can we eat together and talk?" Woo Seok asked, holding the food in one hand and the alcohol in the other. When Jun-ho agreed, Choi sat down across from him, placing the food and alcohol on the table. Choi tried to pour the alcohol for Jun-ho, but he just shook his head.

"You wanted to talk. About what?" Jun-ho asked.

Choi started talking again about what he saw on the boat right after one of the crew members fell into the sea. He also said he had a bad feeling about Captain Park.

"Are you saying Park pushed that man overboard? Impossible, Park saved me once. He's been helping me find the island for years," Jun-ho said.

"I'm not saying anything. But I have a bad feeling, and I'm almost always right," Choi announces.

"You were drinking on board yesterday. You were drunk. From today on, no more alcohol on the ship, do you understand? Go to your room, we're leaving in the morning," Jun-ho says, not wanting to hear him anymore.

When you got back, you ate dinner with Jun-ho and then went to wash up. You could see that something was bothering him, but you'd learned not to push him.

After the shower, you washed your face with cold water, standing in front of the mirror in Jun-ho's long, old T-shirt that served as your pajamas. You weren't prepared for a multi-day trip, so you hadn't brought your things from your house. You were very upset that for the third day in a row you hadn't been able to do your skincare routine.

Jun-ho entered the bathroom and leaned against the doorframe. He slowly began to recount his conversation with Choi Woo Seok. When he finished, he took a moment to look at you, especially your exposed legs. You were still standing in front of the mirror, listening to him.

"What do you think?" Jun-ho asks calmly, focusing on your face.

"I think you shouldn't blame him for drinking the alcohol in the first place. It might have hurt him, and he might shut himself off for a while..." You started, but Jun-ho interrupted you.

"I'm not asking you from a psychological perspective, honey," Jun-ho says. You were a psychologist by profession. So Jun-ho was used to you often talking to him like a psychologist instead of a wife. But he always corrected you.

"That's ridiculous. Captain Park wouldn't kill anyone. I'm sure of that," Jun-ho adds.
