Cassandra is the leader of the Haitian Mob in New Bordeaux, and an Underboss in the Clay Crime Family. When Baka, who was widely thought to be the leader of the the Haitians, is killed by Lincoln, Cassandra emerges as the group's true boss.
Very little is known about her early years, though she mentions to Lincoln that she had a sister who was murdered by Ritchie Doucet and the Dixie Mafia. This is later revealed to be untrue, as Caroline is actually her daughter, not sister.
