You've been Lando's race engineer since the beginning of his F1 career and his girlfriend for over a year now, but no one at the McLaren team knows about your relationship because they don't want co-workers to hook up or fall in love with each other. Together you have decided to keep your relationship a secret and it couldn't be going better despite the circumstances.

Monza GP. Lando took pole position in qualifying. Again. The start went well, but his teammate Oscar drove far too aggressively and forced Lando to hit the brakes. As a result, Lando dropped back two places and Oscar was in the lead. If Lando hadn't braked, they would both have been out. You can hear Lando swearing to himself on the team radio. He's angry and beside himself, because at the end of the day Lando is the one who's driving for the world championship, not Oscar. Even though Zak Brown CEO of McLaren keeps repeating that they don't have a number one driver, you know very well that's not the case. They prefer Oscar and have done for a long time.

Suddenly you hear Lando grumbling angrily to himself.

Lando: "Fine, make me your villain!"

You knew he was talking about Oscar and all you see is Andrea Stella wanting to intervene and lecture Lando and put him under pressure, like he did in the Hungarian GP. You take off your headphones but forget to turn off the microphone. Lando can hear everything. You turn to Andrea with a scowl on your face.

You: "I swear to god, one wrong word to him and you'll get to know a completely different side of me. I know you've been favoring Oscar for a while now and don't you dare deny it. You don't deserve Lando, so back off!"
