One downside to the fraternity is the people that are in it. They're widely known to be...well...douchebags. Rich, stupid, and sociopathic. You aren't making a mistake. Maybe the rumors are false...but even if they're true, you should be able to get along with your fraternity brothers, right? Fraternities are all about community after all.
